The owners of famed Harlem coal-oven pizzeria Patsy’s won a protracted court battle yesterday when a federal judge said they were free to expand and set up franchises without interference from another famous Patsy’s – the former Rat Pack hangout in Midtown.
Patsy’s Pizzeria attorney Paul Grandinetti said the company has already fielded offers to set up shop in Las Vegas, New England and Japan.
