Before Jennifer Aniston even met former husband Brad Pitt, she co-starred with Paul Rudd in "The Object of My Affection" in 1998. Here the two of them enjoy the pleasure of each other's company at a screening in Manhattan.

Aniston had a memorable but small role in the cult comedy "Office Space," in which she played a waitress who romanced Ron Livingston's cubicle worker Peter Gibbons.

In 2003, Aniston played the straight woman to Jim Carrey in "Bruce Almighty." The movie is her highest-grossing to date in the U.S., but we have a feeling that's mostly due to her rubber-faced co-star.

Aniston got mixed reviews for her turn as Lucinda in "Derailed." But at the film's New York premiere, she and on-screen love interest Clive Owen look fantastic.

In 2006, Aniston starred with her real-life boyfriend Vince Vaughn in "The Break-Up." The movie was a hit with audiences, but the relationship, much like the one depicted in the film, didn't last.

It was an A-list coupling when Aniston and Ben Affleck paired up for "He's Just Not that Into You." Audiences were very into the film, which pulled in $172 million worldwide.

Aniston and Aaron Eckhart certainly look cozy at the Los Angeles premiere of "Love Happens." Unfortunately, audiences weren't feeling the love. The movie only grossed $34 million worldwide, barely enough to recoup its $18 million budget.

Just months later, Aniston was cozying up to her "Bounty Hunter" co-star, and rumored off-screen beau, Gerard Butler at the film's New York premiere.

Aniston and Butler certainly seem to crack each other up. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like audiences were laughing at their on-screen antics. The $40M "Bounty Hunter" only made $48 million worldwide at the box office in its first two weeks of release.

A few months later, Aniston hit the big screen with Jason Bateman in "The Switch," originally called "The Baster," which was one of the last films made by Disney's Miramax before the Mouse House shut down and sold off its specialty division. Here, the two share a passionate kiss on Park Avenue. It's probably just for the movie, though.

At the film's Los Angeles premiere, even Aniston's on-screen son, played by Thomas Robinson, got an adorable hug from Hollywood's golden girl.

In "Just Go With It" Aniston plays Adam Sandler's character's assistant and pretend wife. Their office banter is a classic sign that they're supposed to end up together. Here, the two share a laugh at the movie's New York premiere.

Aniston and Paul Rudd have a long history together, co-starring in "The Object of My Affection" before Rudd joined the "Friends" cast as Phoebe's husband. In "Wanderlust," the two play stressed-out Manhattan yuppies, George and Linda Gergenblatt, who join a commune in northern Georgia after stumbling aross it en route to George's new job. Aniston also has a sex scene with the commune's leader, played by real-life love Justin Theroux. At the premiere, where Aniston and Theroux kept their distance, she and Rudd hugged before smiling for the cameras. --By Hilary Lewis
