Missing Gramercy Park boy found

An 8-year-old boy missing from his family’s Gramercy Park home has been found, police said.

Zhaundu Bradley’s parents told cops they had been napping at about 11 a.m. Monday when they awoke to find he had walked out of their apartment on East 19th Street, authorities said.

A doorman at his building said the boy left sometime early on Monday.

“I saw him leave,” he said. “He looked, you know, happy. He’s just a kid.”

The doorman, who wouldn’t give his name, said it wasn’t his responsibility to stop people.

“How am I gonna stop people? I’m not a cop,” he said. “I never ask where you’re going. The person can turn around and say ‘What [business] is it of yours?’”

Police announced early Tuesday that Bradley has been found – and that he’s in good mental and physical condition.
