Two photographers filed a $1 million lawsuit yesterday against Patriot quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, claiming their bodyguards opened fire on them.
The lensmen — Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles — said they received clearance to take photos from a nearby property last April 4, when the couple exchanged wedding vows in Costa Rica.
After the guards detained them, the photographers said the guards “opened fire with pistols” as the shutterbugs drove away, according to the Manhattan federal court suit.
