A federal appeals court has sliced and diced “The Sneaky Chef’s” plagiarism lawsuit against Jessica Seinfeld.
Missy Chase Lapine had argued that Jerry Seinfeld’s wife had knocked off her “innovative” ideas about sneaking veggies into foods that kids like for her book “Deceptively Delicious.”
But the Second Circuit Court of Appeals found that the two recipe books were apples and oranges.
