Kelsey Grammer’s ex sued for ‘sexual harassment’

From Frasier . . . to super man?

Kelsey Grammer’s ex-wife Doreen Alderman carried on a seven-month sexual romp with the superintendent of an East Village building that she owns and then harassed him on the job when the hanky-panky ended, court papers charge.

Ronald Britt was hired as a super of the East Third Street building in January 2007 and shortly thereafter became involved with Alderman, 57, a dancer who was married for eight years to TV’s “Frasier,” he claims in a suit filed in July in Manhattan federal court.

Britt, 55, claims that Alderman’s sexual advances were “unsolicited and unwanted” but that he eventually acquiesced for fear that he’d lose his job and his apartment.

“During the course of this time, Ms. Alderman’s sexual demands on [Britt] increases as she surprised him by flying in from California unannounced,” court papers read.

After a rendezvous at her pad, Britt left to meet a friend at an area gin mill. “But after repeated calls from Ms. Alderman, returned to her apartment and stated that he was not property and ended their sexual relationship.”

That’s when Britt claims Alderman embarked on a discriminatory campaign to make his life miserable, insulting him, decreasing his pay while increasing work demands, and finally, this summer, firing him, court papers charge.

“I’m tired of being bullied,” Britt told The Post.

Britt is seeking unspecified damages. Alderman didn’t return a call for comment.

Jeffrey Ettenger, a lawyer for Wavecrest, the building’s management company, denied the allegations.
