EXCLUSIVE: De Niro’s driver pepper sprays videographer at LaGuardia Airport

You talkin’ to me?

Roberto De Niro’s driver used pepper spray today against a videographer who had filmed the actor while at LaGuardia Airport, authorities said.

The driver, who was not identified, was walking with De Niro at the Delta Airlines Terminal at about 10:45 a.m. when a videographer for the celebrity Web site TMZ.com approached the 66-year-old actor.

After filming the actor entering the terminal, the driver and the videographer, 37-year-old Vladimir Labissiere, got into a verbal fight.

That’s when the driver pulled out the pepper spray and blasted Labissiere in the face.

“It was totally unprovoked,” Labissiere told The Post. “I already had my shot of De Niro.”

Labissiere added that there “was no reason for this individual to do this based on the fact that I had the shot. I exited the terminal and this gentleman was waiting outside for me to do this. He sprays me, jumps in the car and drove off. He left the scene in a hurry because he knew he did something wrong. He had everything planned.”

De Niro, who had already cleared security during the argument, was not present for the pepper spray incident.

A passerby inside the terminal was also injured. Both Labissiere and the passerby refused medical attention.

“He was just mad that I did my job,” said Labissiere. “You do your job. You’re a driver, not a security guard. … If I don’t laugh, I will cry. I have to keep a jovial spirit about it. I have to work and finish my job. I have only one good eye right now.”

Police are looking to quiz him about the incident. Port Authority cops also plan to reach out to De Niro’s reps for further clarification.
