Queens HS of Teaching 20, Campus Magnet 2: Mark Singh and Mark Olman each had four hits, scored three runs and drove in four runs and Jason Zamora and Josh Zecena scored three runs apiece for QHST (5-0), which scored at least two runs in all five times at bat, in Queens B South. Campus Magnet is 1-3.
August Martin 9, Springfield Gardens 0: Givvon Lopez, Pedro Urena and Syab Chochung each had two RBIs, Thomas Greyer struck out 11 and allowed just one hit in a complete-game effort, and Dale Baksh scored twice for August Martin (1-3) in Queens B South. Springfield Gardens also fell to 1-3.
