She’s Jess looking

Jessica Alba, who promoted her latest flick, “The Killer Inside Me,” at the Tribeca Film Festival, is also once again scouting for a downtown apartment.

Last year, Alba was spotted looking at pads in the West Village and Chelsea. Recently, the actress toured a $2.995 million penthouse duplex at 136 W. 17th St. with broker Joshua Judge of Sotheby’s, but without her husband, Cash Warren. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has two private terraces and more than enough room for the couple and their 23-month-old daughter, Honor Marie.

The 2,000-square-foot condo has floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace and an open chef’s kitchen — perfect for heating up fish sticks.

Judge and listing brokers Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Core declined to comment.

‘Grand’ exit

This was no heist. “Grand Theft Auto” co-creator Sam House
r just sold his townhouse at 22 Thompson St. for around $4 million. The video-game producer first listed the property last year for $5.1 million. He bought it in 2003 for $3.825 million.

The 2,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms (two with Juliet balconies) and a rooftop with terrazzo tiles and a shower.

Broker/man about town Jaf Glazer, managing director of Conquest Advisors, had no comment, but we hear the buyer is a wealthy Colombian family.

The townhouse was designed by Bob and Cortney Novogratz, who have their own Bravo reality show and also designed the townhouse at 24 Thompson St., which NBA star Zydrunas Ilgauskas bought for $6.95 million in 2006.

Alec rolls in

Alec Baldwin was spotted arriving for an apartment tour on his bicycle. He visited an $8.5 million, three-bedroom, four-bathroom co-op at 33 E. 70th St. Listing brokers Michele Kleier of Gumley Haft Kleier and Martha Kramer of Brown Harris Stevens could not be reached for comment.

All of a Sutton

This isn’t your typical studio. A four-story Sutton Place townhouse at 241 E. 52nd St., where R&B artist/producer Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds lived and had a music studio in the basement, is now available for rent at $22,500 per month.

The current owner, lawyer Larry Coassin, turned Babyface’s soundproofed, temperature-controlled studio into a wine cellar. (Hey, you’ll be able to enjoy your pinot in absolute quiet!)

The rest of the posh three-bedroom, 3½- bathroom, four-story home has also been fully renovated; it features two balconies and a large terrace overlooking a private garden. The grand dining room opens up to said garden, and there’s also a French Country-style kitchen, a spiral staircase and, naturally, a high-tech music system. Oh, and you can rent the place furnished.

Coassin bought the home for $2.95 million in 2004. Brokers Tristan Harper and Shaun Anders of Prudential Douglas Elliman had no comment.

Bette, bath & beyond

Bette Midler is apartment-hunting for her lucky daughter, Sophie von Haselberg. (Don’t forget to return the generosity on Mother’s Day, Sophie!)

The Divine Miss M checked out a bright condo loft in a landmarked former schoolhouse at 29 King St. in the West Village.

The 1,200-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment has 14-foot ceilings, a windowed mezzanine, an open kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and oversized windows with garden views.

The building, which dates back to 1887 and now has a roof garden, is home to actresses Jane Krakowski and Famke Janssen (with her brindle Boston terrier, Licorice), who both live in penthouses.

Brokers Bill Kowalczuk and Brendan Coleman of the Corcoran Group declined to comment.
