An utterly depraved junior-high teacher carried on a yearlong affair with a 13-year-old student and attempted to seduce two other teens before he was finally fired, investigators said yesterday.
Wayne Bartley, 46, a former science teacher at KIPP AMP Academy Middle School in Brooklyn, had illicit biweekly trysts with the 13-year-old girl at the Paradise Motor Inn in The Bronx from March 2008 to May 2009, according to Special Schools Investigator Richard Condon.
Probers said the sicko indulged a foot fetish by convincing a different 13-year-old to send close-ups of her bare feet and nude photos to his iPhone.
He also allegedly gave cash to a third teen and paid for her manicures and pedicures — then massaged her feet in an apparent seduction bid.
Bartley didn’t return a call for comment.
