Sterger says she won’t sue if NFL suspends Favre

Brett Favre’s sext-scandal accuser Jenn Sterger won’t sue him or the NFL if the league sidelines the grid great — and sets up an anti-harassment program, her rep said today.

Former Jets game-day hostess Jenn Sterger wants NFL boss Roger Goodell to “do the right thing” and suspend Favre, said her manager, Phil Reese.

“If the commissioner suspends Favre and puts a league-wide program in place to keep this from happening again, Jenn will not pursue litigation,” Reese told The Post.

He spoke amid growing speculation that NFL brass may try to run out the clock, declining to take any action on the matter before the season ends — and with it, Favre’s career.

The Vikings quarterback has said this season will be his last; there are four regular-season games left to play.

The NFL is not commenting on the status of the case.

Goodell on Wednesday received the findings of the league’s probe into allegations that Favre, while playing for the Jets, sent photos of a penis and texted Sterger in a failed bid to woo her.

Sterger said the football star continued to sexually harass her after he left the team.

Reese said Sterger handed over “an an abundance of evidence” to league investigators.

“[Favre] did everything but send her his ATM card and pin number. There were several eyebrow-raising disclosures — and these are not easy guys to shock,” Reese said.

He declined to elaborate.

Reese said Sterger — who lost her job after the scandal erupted — is not looking for a payday.

“All she wants is to clear her name. This is not about money or fame,’ Reese said.

“Brett Favre has inflicted a world of pain on Jenn and her family,” he added.

“And pain is a powerful motivator.”
