The fashion model daughter of legendary rocker Keith Richards was busted last night after cops caught her scrawling a message on the wall of a SoHo convent and later discovered she also had drugs in her purse, authorities said.

Theodora Richards, 25, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. in front of 190 Prince Street and has been charged with making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument and possession of a controlled substance, police said.

Richards was spotted writing “T-Heart-A” with a red paint marker on the building, which houses St. Anthony’s Convent, sources told The Post.

“I hope I don’t get into trouble for this,” Richards allegedly told cops, prosecutors said.

Richards — a self-described “bad girl” and friends with troubled model Kate Moss — also had marijuana and hydrocodone pills in her possession at the time of the arrest, sources said.

Richards had 8 1/2 pills in her purse and told cops she had bought them from a dealer.

“I don’t have a prescription for them,” she allegedly told police, prosecutors said.

During an appearance this afternoon in Manhattan Supreme Court, Richards rejected a plea deal offered by prosecutors if she decided to plead guilt to disorderly conduct.

The sweetheart deal meant Richards would have to serve two days of community service and spend a day in a drug treatment facility.

The judge released Richards without asking for bail. Richards — wearing a long wool peacoat and skinny jeans — then ran out of the courthouse in a bid to avoid photographers.

Her lawyer, Stacey Richman, called Richards “a lovely polite woman. She’s fine.”

A nun at the convent said “of course” she’s upset by the rock-and-roll girl’s graffiti.

“It’s defiling private property and and it’s a convent,” the nun said. “We’ll have to ask the city to take it off. Taxpayer money now has to pay for this.”

Richards, who lives in SoHo and has worked as a model, is the daughter of Patti Hansen and the 67-year-old Rolling Stones guitarist.

Richards got her modeling start at age 16 when she, her younger sister Alexandra and Elizabeth Jagger, daughter of rock star Mick Jagger, modeled for a Tommy Hilfiger campaign.

She has since appeared on the catwalk sporting various designer duds and in numerous fashion magazines, including Vogue, Glamour and Rolling Stone.

On her MySpace page, Richards describes herself as someone who does not “like making decisions.”

“I love black and white pictures. I’ve never been the kind of person to say, ‘All you people think you know me, well you don’t.’ I’m not that complicated. I have beautiful friends.

“Be one. I can’t concentrate on a conversation if the TV’s on. I like funny people, and people who aren’t afraid to be themselves,” she wrote.

The page is also filled with photos of Richards hanging out with friends and posing for the camera during fashion shoots.

The elder Richards was arrested nearly a dozen times on drug charges throughout the 1960s and ’70s. His most famous arrest came in 1977 when Richards was busted in a Toronto hotel for possession of cocaine and heroin.

In a 2006 interview, Richards’s daughter said she was not interested in partying all night and claimed she was rebelling against her Rolling Stones father by being boring.

“My dad’s generation was all about rebellion,” she told the British celebrity site FemaleFirst. “I’m rebelling against my generation in a softer way.

“Many of the kids around me just want to go out and party every night but I don’t. I’m not a big fan of drugs. Everybody’s had their own experience.”
