Actor Charlie Sheen is nuttier than Libyan dictator Moammar Khadafy: Post reader poll

Delusional Libyan leader Moammar Khadafy may be daffy, but bitter Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen takes the prize when it comes to who is nuttier, according to the results of a new poll.

The poll, posted on nypost.com since Monday, shows that Post readers think Sheen is crazier than Khadafy.

Sheen garnered 53.4 percent among the 7,841 people who voted, while Khadafy got 46.86 percent.

Sheen defeated Khadafy by nearly 500 votes.

The results come a day after Sheen went on a one-man media blitz, taking to the airwaves and Internet in a scorched-earth campaign against Chuck Lorre, the creator of his canceled hit sitcom, “Two and a Half Men” — and anyone else he believes is threatening the well-being of his wallet.

“I’m a warrior and this is my battlefield,” Sheen, 45, told The Post. “There are a lot of people relying on me. I have a certain lifestyle that my family and I are accustomed to, and these nabobs are getting in the way of that. I was counting on that dough.”

Khadafy, meanwhile, gave his own kooky interview on Monday, denying that there is any unrest in Libya.

“There are no incidents at the moment and Libya is completely quiet. There is nothing unusual. There is no unrest,” the 68-year-old told a Serbian TV station.

Khadafy has launched the bloodiest crackdown in a wave of anti-government uprisings sweeping the Arab world, with more than 1,000 believed killed by pro-regime forces.

The dictator again blamed extremists for any violence.

“People were killed by terrorist gangs, and they are without a doubt al Qaeda,” he said.
