Hosp-firm chief tossed

The board of the MediSys hospital network in Queens will meet tomorrow night to name a replacement for longtime Chief Executive David Rosen, who’s been charged in a multipronged pay-to-play scandal involving three Brooklyn politicians.

Rosen, accused of funneling money through shell companies and bribing state Sen. Carl Kruger, among others, was outed by The Post in 2007 for paying himself and his top two officials exorbitant salaries. Rosen earned $2.2 million that year.
