Tiger Woods may have known his newest blond bombshell when she was in grade school.
Alyse Lahti Johnston, 22, is the stepdaughter of Alastair Johnston, the former vice-chairman of sports-management giant IMG, where he was the architect of Woods’ $60 million deal with Nike in 1996 — when Alyse was just 7 years old.
The happy couple has reportedly been together for several weeks.
Johnston introduced his stepdaughter to Woods, 35, according to sports blogger Terez Owens, although it is not clear exactly when.
The pair was spotted last week cruising on Woods’ 155-foot yacht, Privacy, which docks in North Palm Beach — near where Johnston is believed to be seeking an MBA at the Florida campus of Northwood University.
Like Woods, Johnston has been accused of overindulging her cravings.
The Cleveland native was busted on suspicion of DUI last October, near her stepdad’s palatial estate in Windermere, Fla. — where Woods is a neighbor.
She was only charged with reckless driving when the case went to court last December.
At the time, she pleaded no contest and a judgement was withheld pending her completion of a victim-awareness program and a course at a school for drunk-driving prevention.
She was also ordered to obtain a substance-abuse evaluation, and report to probation.
In January, Johnston’s case went back to court and the charges were mitigated to “improper change of lane — pulling in front of vehicle,” a simple traffic infraction.
Along with her step-dad’s dealings with Woods, Johnston has plenty to talk about with her new beau.
Like the golf great, she’s a sports fanatic.
Johnston was a key player on the University of New Hampshire’s women’s volleyball team when it went all the way to the 2007 semifinals of the America East Championship.
They lost 3-1 to the eventual champions, Albany.
She later graduated from Ohio State University and is reportedly training for the LPGA Tour while earning her MBA.
Johnston’s biological father is former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jeff Lahti, who remarried after splitting up with Alyse’s mother, Jennifer, and has five kids from his current marriage.
