WASHINGTON — President Obama plans to address the nation tonight to discuss what we’re doing in Libya and what to expect in the future.
In a 7:30 p.m. speech from National Defense University, he’s expected to answer charges that he hasn’t clearly outlined the mission or sought Congress’ input.
