Judge Judy released from Los Angeles hospital

LOS ANGELES — TV personality Judge Judy was released from a Los Angeles hospital Thursday, a day after she checked in suffering from intestinal discomfort.

“I am on my way home. All is well,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

“Thank you all for your loving messages. See you in court. Be on time,” she added.

The TV star, whose full name is Judith Sheindlin, said she fell ill Wednesday as she was taping her show.

“I was feeling funky [Wednesday] morning … funky enough that I knew someone should give a gander over what I got,” she told TMZ.

Sheindlin, 68, was transported by ambulance to the nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The tough-talking host of the syndicated TV show “Judge Judy” said she had an MRI and stayed overnight in the hospital as doctors monitored her condition and conducted additional tests.

She and her husband, retired judge Jerry Sheindlin, were expected to fly to their home in Florida as she recuperates.
