Brooklyn janitor busted for allegedly raping teen inside school

A janitor at a Brooklyn school has been arrested for repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl in the school’s basement, authorities said today.

Ambiorix Rodriguez, 32, a cleaner employed at the Public School of Marketing and Legal Studies since 2000, allegedly sexually abused and raped the teen inside the East Flatbush school on Winthrop Street near East 52nd Street, police said.

Officials said he was hired by a custodian at the school and was not employed by Department of Education.

He has been fired from his job and will be banned from working at any DOE buildings.

He was arrested Monday and has been charged with rape, sex abuse and criminal sex act.
