Giants’ Tuck fires back at Jets’ Ryan

Giants defensive lineman Justin Tuck responded Thursday to Jets coach Rex Ryan writing in his book that the Jets are the big brothers in this town and would be better for the next 10 years.

“I’m gonna say this and this is gonna be the last time I comment on anything Rex Ryan says,” Tuck told The Post. “The last time I checked, I have a Super Bowl ring and he doesn’t, so if he’s proud of coming up short, I guess he should be proud of that.”

Tuck has his Super Bowl XLII ring, and Ryan has one from the Ravens’ Super Bowl XXXV demolition of the Giants. Ryan served as Brian Billick’s defensive line coach at the time. Ryan has taken the Jets to the AFC Championship game in his first two seasons as head coach.

“I know it’s going to [tick] off Giants fans, but … we are the better team. We are the big brother,” it says in Ryan’s book, titled “Play Like You Mean It.”
