Giants’ Tuck throws book at Jets coach

Justin Tuck responded today to Rex Ryan writing in his book that the Jets are the big brothers in this town and would be better than the Giants for the next 10 years.

“I’m gonna say this and this is gonna be the last time I comment on anything Rex Ryan says,” the Giants defensive end told The Post. “The last time I checked, I have a Super Bowl ring and he doesn’t, so if he’s proud of coming up short, I guess he should be proud of that.”

Tuck has his Super Bowl XLII ring, while Ryan has one from the Ravens’ Super Bowl XXXV demolition of the Giants. Ryan served as Brian Billick’s defensive line coach at the time. Ryan has taken the Jets to the AFC Championship game in his first two seasons as Jets head coach.

Ryan’s book is entitled “Play Like You Mean It.”

“I hope he sells a lot of copies,” Tuck said.
