Club owner a real jerk: sex suit

The multimillionaire co-owner of hotspot Tenjune can’t keep his hands off his female employees — or himself, court papers charge.

In a highly graphic Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit, four of Mark Birnbaum’s employees at Tenjune and the Simyone Lounge say he sexually assaulted them and masturbated in front of them.

“Birnbaum is a sexual predator who uses his position as owner . . . to prey on his female employees to satisfy his own personal needs,” says the suit, which was filed yesterday on behalf of bartenders Emily Girvin, Elliott Sailors, Renee Furini and Kayci Rothweiler.

All of the women started working for Birnbaum in 2009 and say he aggressively came on to them soon after.

The suit says he sexually assaulted Sailors in 2009 and Furini in 2010, and groped Girvin while pleasuring himself in front of her and Rothweiler just last month.

Birnbaum’s lawyer, Peter Toumbekis, said, “We categorically deny all the charges.”
