SI teen accused of ‘Jersey Shore’ attack arrested in drug raid

The Staten Island teen accused of attacking “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick was busted yesterday during a drug raid, authorities said.

Kelsey Balzafiore, 19, was nabbed at 5 a.m. when narcotics detectives descended on the Grasmere apartment of suspected drug dealer Douglas Afrik, according to court papers.

Balzafiore and Afrik, 21, as well as Andrew Benedetto, 18, and Patricia Dias, 55, were charged with drug possession and drug paraphernalia charges after investigators allegedly found baggies of marijuana, broken bits of prescription pills and two digital scales inside the Fayette Avenue pad.

Balzafiore last ran afoul of the law on Oct. 29, when she allegedly scuffled with Pivarnick and friend Jeanine Vaiana as they shopped for Halloween costumes at Hot Topic in the Staten Island Mall.

For that incident, she was charged with assault and harassment. The case is ongoing.

“Allegations are just that, allegations. Kelsey is innocent. The facts will show that once again Kelsey is a victim of our system,” said her attorney, Justin Blitz.
