The Las Vegas blackjack dealer who “sexted” with Rep. Anthony Weiner is now playing the innocent card.
A teary Lisa Weiss swore yesterday she only wanted to chat politics with the lewd lawmaker, but he quickly steered the conversation to his sexual fantasies.
“I was very shocked at the beginning,” she told “Inside Edition.” “I would want to talk politics. But he would turn it creepy.”
Weiss, 40, said Weiner never asked her to lie or cover up their relationship, as he allegedly did with porn star Ginger Lee.
But she said “something weird is going on” with the seven-term Democratic congressman. “I think he has a weird fetish.”
“It doesn’t make him a bad politician . . . or a bad congressman. It makes him a bad husband,” he added.
Weiss said she feels “terrible” about flirting with a married man.
“I’m very sorry. I was single. I had a crush on him,” she said.
Weiss wrote Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, a letter on Tuesday that began “I know you probably don’t want to hear from me.”
She went on to offer her “deepest apologies” for “conversing with your husband,” according to TMZ.com.
