‘Sexy cellphone’ kid fights school XXX-pulsion

A former student at Christ the King HS was booted from the Queens Catholic school after he refused to turn over his cellphone — which allegedly contained sexy pictures of his ex-girlfriend, the student and his mom say in a new lawsuit.

Joseph Farley was yanked out of his chemistry class on Feb. 4 by Assistant Principal Carol Timpone, who asked him to turn over his cellphone, according to the suit filed in Queens Supreme Court.

The unnamed girl’s mother had reported to the school that Farley was showing the naughty pictures to other students, the suit said.

When confronted by Timpone, Farley refused to hand over his phone.

He was suspended for “showing disrespect to the assistant principal,” the suit said.

On Feb. 9, after a disciplinary hearing, Farley was expelled, the suit said.
