Brillo mouth is back

GORDON Ramsay is still screaming in the kitchen. Eighteen new aspiring chefs compete for the grand prize of a head chef position at BLT Steak in NY on the new season of “Hell’s Kitchen.” Chef Ramsay asks the contestants to prepare their signature dish and splits the chefs into two teams: men versus women. The winning team gets a taste of the sweet life when they wine and dine with Season 8 winner Nona Sivley at LA Market, while the losing team is left behind to scrub down the kitchen in preparation for their first dinner service.

ELLEN Parsons (Rose Byrne, near left, with Glenn Close) thinks she has secured the testimony of her high school friend Chris Sanchez (Chris Messina) and convinces her bosses to bring a case against High Star security, even though Patty Hewes (Close) has advised her against it. When an Afghan sniper takes a pot shot at Sanchez while he’s on the street, the former military killer gets cold feet and leaves a cryptic note for Parsons inside his apartment. Meanwhile, Patty’s in court-ordered therapy after she inadvertently slams a door in her doorman’s face. The ungrateful wretch, who sustained a broken nose, pressed charges against her.

Reege visits Cake Boss

LET’S start the official countdown to Regis Philbin’s departure from morning television — it’s two months away. It’s romcom week on his show, with actress Mila Kunis (“Black Swan”) and Justin Timberlake stoping by to promote “Friends With Benefits” and Marisa Tomei sitting down to talk about “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” Reege gets out of the studio on Thursday to visit “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro at his New Jersey bakery. They are apparently going to come up with some confection. The last two actors to grace the stage will be Adrian Grenier and Jeremy Piven of “Entourage.” Philbin’s co-host is the perpetually cheerful Kelly Ripa.
