Diaper-wearing man sentenced to three years in prison by Oklahoma judge

OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma City man who wore diapers and fooled women into “babysitting” him at their homes was sentenced to three years in prison, The Oklahoman reported Thursday.

Mark Anthony Richardson II tricked two women into caring for him by pretending to be autistic and behaving like a child. He drank baby formula, sucked on a pacifier and threw tantrums.

The women also changed Richardson’s diaper seven times during the babysitting sessions.

Richardson, 21, pleaded guilty to seven misdemeanor counts of outraging public decency for the diaper changes. He also pleaded guilty to felony sexual battery for grabbing the breast of one sitter’s 18-year-old daughter.

“You’ve got some issues. I understand that. But, at the same time, it’s time for you to grow up,” Oklahoma County District Judge Jerry Bass said.

The judge said Richardson must register as a sex offender and ordered him to pay $195 in restitution to one of the sitters who did not receive full payment for the care sessions.

He will receive credit on his three-year term for the 10 months he spent in jail awaiting trial.
