BURBANK, Calif. — Former “Hannah Montana” star Mitchel Musso was in custody Monday after he was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
Musso, who currently appears in the Disney Channel shows “Pair of Kings” and “PrankStars,” was pulled over at 3:43am local time Sunday in Burbank, Calif., after failing to slow down when directed to do so by police officers investigating an accident, TMZ reported.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ police approached the 20-year-old actor’s vehicle and detected a “strong odor of alcohol.” Musso was given a field sobriety test and a Breathalyzer test, both of which he allegedly failed.
He was booked into custody at the Burbank Police Station and held on $5,000 bail.
A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department employee told NewsCore Musso was still in custody Monday morning.
