The only thing spooky about this famous haunted house is its asking price.
The New Jersey colonial-style home featured in the 1979 movie “The Amityville Horror” is on the market for $1.35 million.
Owner Odalys Fragoso said filmmakers used it just for exterior shots.
Realtor Donna Walesiewicz said the only thing possessing the famous home is beauty.
“Somebody is going to want to own it not because it’s in the ‘Amityville Horror,’ but because it’s a beautiful house that sits on the Toms River,” she said.
