A man was shot in the head, and two innocent bystanders — a father and his 9-year-old son — were wounded at a Brownsville housing project last night.
The 19-year-old man was shot about 7:20 p.m. at the Seth Low Houses. He was the intended target and was in critical condition at Brookdale Hospital.
The father, 37, and boy were each shot once in the leg and were hospitalized in stable condition.
