A Queens couple was shot execution-style early this morning inside their home, while their son was wounded in the grisly attack, police said.

An unknown gunman entered the couple’s upstairs bedroom at about 4 a.m. and shot 64-year-old Sugrim Jaggarnauth and his 56-year-old wife Rosie Jaggarnauth in the head.

The shooting took place in the couple’s Springfield Gardens home on Grayson Street near 122nd Avenue, police said.

The couple was not sleeping at the time. The wife, who had been shot twice, was the one who made the 911 call, police said.

Sugrim Jaggarnauth was shot twice in the head, while his wife was struck once.

The gunman first blasted their 23-year-old son Shane Jaggarnauth in the left shoulder before killing the parents.

He was listed in stable condition at Jamaica Hospital, police said.

The couple’s other son Shawn Jaggarnauth came home to find cop cars parked outside his family’s home.

Cops said the family’s black Toyota Rav 4 was missing from the home after the shooting. Detectives believe the gunman used it to escape.

Cops said both sons were cooperating with investigators.

Neighbor Harrison Williams, 64, called the murders “a tragedy” and that nothing like this had ever happened on his block.

“Everything seemed fine [last night],” he said. “They’re an average American family. Everybody [in the neighborhood] is shaken.”

The Jaggarnauth family has lived at that address for 20 years, neighbors said.

Another neighbor, who did not give her name, said, “Oh God, this is so sad. They had two nice sons.”

Stanley Miller, 60, said he was stunned by the murders.

“It’s horrible. It’s your worst nightmare,” he said. “I would never expect that in a million years. They were good people. I can’t imagine a reason for this.”

Police said they are unsure of the circumstances that led to the killing.

No arrests have been made.
