A thug yesterday fatally shot one man and wounded two others during an argument in Brownsville, police said.

The assailant pumped a single bullet into Vincent Kizzie, 38, on Rockaway Avenue near Livonia Avenue at 3:30 a.m., then shot two other men, ages 26 and 32, one in the stomach the other in the left foot.

Kizzie died at the scene. The other victims were listed in stable condition at Brookdale Hospital. The suspect fled.

An angry motorist wearing brass knuckles viciously attacked another driver after a fender-bender in Clinton Hill, authorities said yesterday.

Keith Ifield, 27, was at of Park and Franklin avenues at 11:08 p.m. Sept. 10 when he rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 45-year-old man, cops said.

Both men got out of their cars and started arguing.

Ifield retrieved brass knuckles from his car, slid them on his hand and slammed the victim in the face, cops said.

As Ifield drove off, the victim jotted down his license-plate number, which he later gave to police.

Ifield was tracked down Thursday and charged with assault.

The victim needed eight stitches to close a gash to his forehead.

* Cops last night were investigating an apparent hate crime after discovering two swastikas in the lobby of a Williamsburg building, authorities said.

Police officers found the hateful symbols — each about four inches in size and in black ink — inside a four-story apartment building on Clymer Street near Bedford Avenue, about 9 p.m., cops said.

Detectives are pouring over video surveillance to determine who left the vile graffiti.

A man tried to bamboozle his sister out of $40,000 when he repeatedly called her with tales that he had been kidnapped for ransom, authorities said yesterday.

Between Sept. 11 and Wednesday, Jorge Guzman, 35, phoned his sister several times at her Inwood apartment, cops said.

During their conversations, Guzman informed her that he was “being held captive and that he would be killed if [she] did not pay $40,000 to his captors,” according to a court complaint.

Guzman’s suspicious sister quickly called police after she somehow learned that her brother was full of hot air.

Guzman was busted Thursday and charged with attempted grand larceny.

A pickpocket was arrested for swiping an $11,000 watch from a tony Midtown jewelry store, authorities said yesterday.

Surveillance video captured James Anderson, 38, stuffing the timepiece into his pocket in the Tourneau store on Madison Avenue near East 53rd Street at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 11, according to a court complaint.

Police were able to identify Anderson from the video, and arrested him three days later.

He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

They allegedly used fake dough to buy fried dough.

Scam artists Kendall Majors, 54, and Noel Breckenridge, 22, were charged with numerous counts of possessing a forged instrument after Breckenridge tried to buy two doughnuts with a counterfeit $20 bill, a court complaint claims.

While Majors waited in a car, Breckenridge attempted to make the purchase with the funny money in the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lexington Avenue at East 91st Street at around 1 p.m. Tuesday, the complaint says. Police, who had apparently been following the suspects, watched the transaction go down and arrested Breckenridge, sources said.

Cops also allegedly recovered 13 fake $20 bills from Majors, who was seated in the driver’s seat of their car, a Volvo.

A lowlife was busted for trying to extort $300 from a woman who lost a bag containing her computer, authorities said yesterday.

Herbert Harris, 35, allegedly phoned the woman Tuesday and told her that he had found her missing bag.

He said he would return it for $300, and the two agreed to meet in front of the National Museum of the American Indian near the Bowling Green subway station.

But the victim told the cops about the arranged meeting, and officers nabbed Harris when he went to the rendezvous the next day, sources said.

Police later recovered the bag and computer from Harris’ brother’s house.

Harris was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and attempted grand larceny.

Queens

A man was shot to death yesterday in Ozone Park, police said.

Lucien Brown, 25, was shot several times by a mystery gunman on 107th Avenue near 86th Street at around 4 a.m., cops said. He later died at Jamaica Hospital.

The shooter, whose motive was unknown, fled the scene.

The Bronx

A pedestrian was killed yesterday by a hit-and-run driver in Soundview, police said.

Rajkumar Bisran, 32, was struck by a white Lincoln Navigator on Storey Avenue near Havermeyer Avenue at about 2 a.m., cops said.

Bisran was rushed to Westchester Square Hospital, where he died. The SUV sped away.
