Fotog cleared over ‘lewd’ kid pix

A fashion photographer who specializes in scantily clad and topless babes is off the hook for snapping a “blatantly salacious” shot of an underage model.

A Manhattan federal judge yesterday dismissed a $28 million suit filed against Jason Lee Parry by the parents of 16-year-old model Hailey Clauson, who went ballistic after seeing their daughter posing in a “spread-eagle position.”

Judge George Daniels said Parry “is not subject to . . . jurisdiction under New York law” because the photo was shot in California.

Clauson was just 15 years old when Parry took the photo, which her folks said made “her crotch area the focal point.”

The image later wound up on T-shirts sold by Urban Outfitters and other retailers, who remain defendants in the case.
