Jeremy Lin is moving on up — to the 20th floor of the posh Trump Tower in White Plains.

The Knicks’ suddenly sensational point guard — who had been famously crashing on the couch at his big brother’s pad on the Lower East Side — sublet his new suburban digs from his former teammate on the Golden State Warriors, former Knick David Lee.

The terms were not disclosed.

The 35-story building off Main Street in the Westchester city is already home to several of Lins’ teammates, and is just a short drive from the Knicks’ practice facility in Greenburgh.
