MIAMI — Miami police are investigating a report that R&B singer Chris Brown stole a woman’s phone after she tried to take photos of him outside a nightclub.
Christal Spann, 24, filed a police report alleging that Brown, who is currently on probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, stole her iPhone on Sunday morning, TMZ reported.
Spann told police that she followed Brown and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub and took photos of Brown as he was getting into his Bentley.
Brown saw her and grabbed the phone through the car’s window, before driving off with it.
Spann told police that she heard Brown say, “B*tch, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”
Miami police told the entertainment website that no arrests had been made and no warrants issued.
The matter is still under investigation.
Brown, 22, pleaded guilty in 2009 to assaulting Rihanna and was sentenced to five years’ probation.
