Man heads to Queens club with pals, dies en route

A 21-year-old man mysteriously died while partying with pals in Queens, police said.

The victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, and two friends were at a family birthday party on Myrtle and Cypress avenues when they left around 12:40 a.m. today, cops said.

They piled into a Lincoln Aviator to go to the Flamingo Night Club on Roosevelt Avenue near 86th Street in Jackson Heights, cops added.

The trio arrived at the watering hole at 1:45 a.m., but the victim was unresponsive in the SUV’s front seat, and his concerned buddies called 911.

He was declared dead at Elmhurst General Hospital.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
