Let’s ‘order’

It pays to be a police detective — or at least to play one on TV.

Former “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star Christopher Meloni has put his Park Imperial condo on the market for $12 million. The three-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom, 3,000-square-foot apartment is on the 60th floor of the high-profile building at 230 W. 56th St.

The stunning apartment, which was featured in Architectural Digest, has great views of Central Park, 10-foot ceilings, a big foyer, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen and a master suite with five closets.

While buyers in the building have included Sean “Diddy” Combs and fugitive software executive Kobi Alexander (who sold three Park Imperial Apartments as part of a settlement with US regulators), the building’s former renters are just as high-profile. They include James Bond actor Daniel Craig and Malaysian party boy Taek Jho Low.

If all this sounds a tad crass or over-the-top, there’s always Park Imperial apartment owner Deepak Chopra to add a spiritual element to the mix.

Flying the Cooper

CNN’s Anderson Cooper is putting his penthouse duplex at 28 W. 38th St. on the market for $3.75 million.

Our spies say that Cooper transformed the once-raw space into a sleek and elegant bachelor pad that still maintains an industrial feel — true to the building’s manufacturing roots.

The two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom home is 3,100 square feet, plus a 1,700-square-foot terrace. The converted, 12-story co-op building dates to 1911.

Listing broker Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman could not be reached for comment.

Cooper no longer needs the apartment because he has traded up to an 8,240-square-foot former West Village firehouse, a West Third Street home that he bought for $4.3 million in 2010.

In addition, we recently reported that Cooper paid $1.7 million for the late Oscar-winning screenwriter Budd Schulberg’s East End beach house. That’s next door to an estate Anderson already owns in Quogue.

Score one for the home team

Gooaaal! In this case, the goal for former United States soccer player Claudio Reyna is to sell his condo at the Cipriani Club Residences at 55 Wall St. Reyna has put his Financial District apartment on the market for $1.15 million.

The one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom condo is 1,000 square feet. It includes a master bathroom with an extra-deep soaking tub, a separate shower and a flat-screen TV. The high-end kitchen, though compact, includes a wine refrigerator, an espresso maker and a washer/dryer.

The building offers Cipriani butler service, maid service, storage and a private wine cellar for an extra fee. There’s also a billards room, a screening room and a private dining room in the converted bank’s old vault.

Reyna was the former captain of both the US national team and the New York Red Bulls before he retired in 2008. He heads the Claudio Reyna Foundation, which provides soccer training and mentoring to underprivileged youth.

Listing broker Sabrina Kleier-Morgenstern of Gumley Haft Kleier declined to comment.

And the kitchen Senk

Glen Senk, the new CEO of the David Yurman jewelry company, wants to move downtown to be closer to his new TriBeCa office.

So Senk, the former CEO of Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters, has put his Carnegie Hill co-op on the market for $5.995 million. The prewar, three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment at 1060 Fifth Ave. is 2,800 square feet. The third-floor apartment includes two maid’s rooms and a big eat-in kitchen.

Listing broker Betsy Green of Prudential Douglas Elliman declined to comment.

Anchor on the beach

Wcbs anchor Chris Wragge has purchased a $1.2 million beach house on Sunrise Avenue in Bridgehampton. The four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom home is 3,100 square feet and comes with a pool. We hear that interior designer Bridget Nisivoccia, of BNID33, will be working on the home’s renovation. Nisivoccia’s past clients include Justin Timberlake, PeterCook and multiple NewYorkGiants.

We hear . . .

That pregnant Uma Thurman might soon be shopping around her duplex at 1 Lexington Ave. in Gramercy. She previously owned another duplex in the building with former husband Ethan Hawke . . . That Scandinavia House will screen a documentary, by Uummannaq Music founders Galya Morrell and Joel Spiegelman, on how to build an igloo this Saturday. And kids who are budding architects can also build their own igloo prototype at this Greenland Children’s Day event.
