An Occupy Wall Street protester was arrested after mounting the statue of George Washington in Union Square Park early this morning, cops said.
Daniel Jaffe, 33, pulled his stunt at 6:42 a.m. in front of about 30 other protesters at the park, police said.
He agreed to come down after emergency-service cops tried to grab him.
He was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and creating a hazardous condition, cops said.
