Two rowdy patrons in a Canarsie diner attacked the cops who had been called in to toss them out, authorities said.

Saiquan Jemott, 24, and Donovan Bruce, 20, were allegedly cursing and causing a commotion in the Arch Diner on Ralph Avenue at around 4:30 a.m. Saturday.

Responding officers told the duo to scram, but Jemott and Bruce refused to leave, cops said. Instead, they allegedly began hurling chairs at the six cops.

The two were eventually cuffed and charged with assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

A quick-thinking cop yesterday used his iPhone to track down an armed robber in Brooklyn Heights, authorities said.

The homeless thug robbed a woman, 32, at gunpoint around 1:20 p.m. at the High Street, snatching her pocketbook and iPhone, police said.

Officer Benito Ocasio asked the victim to let him use her iTunes account to track the smartphone. Cops caught Brian Mack, 55, red-handed as he tried to leave the Farragut Houses.

Mack was hit with a slew of charges including robbery and weapons possession.

A bad apple at the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development was arrested yesterday for swiping $16 worth of fruit and other groceries from an Upper West Side supermarket, police said.

Rui Mei, 37, allegedly stole several oranges, a few pomegranates, a croissant and oatmeal from the Whole Foods Market at 808 Columbus Ave. at 10:25 a.m.

He was charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen property.

A Bronx man was fatally stabbed in the chest yesterday during a deadly dispute inside an East Harlem bodega, cops said.

Kendall Greene, 30, was arguing with another man inside the Lexington Grocery near East 116th Street around 5:20 a.m., when Nabil Fawzi, 20, allegedly slashed him in the chest before fleeing, cops said.

Greene, who sources said had six prior arrests, died at Harlem Hospital.

Sources said a witness helped cops identify the suspect. Fawzi was charged with murder.

A man choked, shoved and hit his girlfriend when she returned to their Wakefield home after working late, authorities said.

Waverly Waddler, 28, pushed the woman to the floor at 5:10 a.m. Friday in front of her two children, ages 1 and 6, inside the White Plains Road residence, court papers say.

Waddler had attacked the woman last July 31, according to records.

This time, he was arrested and charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of breathing or circulation, menacing and harassment.

A Bronx woman stole more than $100,000 worth of cash and jewelry, as well as deeds to five properties in the Dominican Republic and citizenship documents, after a bank in Tremont accidentally sent her a letter concerning another customer’s safe- deposit box, police said.

Sharon Ringer, 54, went to the Chase branch on East Tremont Avenue attempting to get into the safe-deposit box at around 1:30 p.m. Dec. 21, but was turned away because she did not have a key, court documents say.

She allegedly returned two weeks later with a locksmith and removed $40,000 in cash, $60,000 worth of jewelry, property titles and personal documents. The real owner went to check on her belongings Feb. 28 and reported the theft.

Ringer was arrested Friday and allegedly admitted to taking the property.

The body of a man washed up on Rikers Island yesterday.

The fully clothed corpse, believed to be that of a Hispanic man in his 20s, was discovered at around 1:55 p.m. near Hazen Street.

A 34-year-old man was killed yesterday after he jumped in front of a subway train in Astoria, authorities said.

The unidentified victim was struck at around 1:40 p.m. at the 36th Street station near Northern Boulevard by a northbound M train, police and transit officials said.
