Christina Aguilera takes a shot at Adam Levine’s masculinity

Christina Aguilera is not interested in “The Voice” co-star Adam Levine in that way – and took a shot at Levine’s masculinity on “Tonight Show With Jay Leno.”

“Eww! He’s like a brother … or a sister,” Aguilera said during Friday’s show.

Leno showed video of Levine and Aguilera bickering on the set, in which the “Genie in a Bottle” singer called Adam a wannabe Justin Timberlake.

“We get very competitive on the show, obviously,” she said.

Despite all the competitiveness, the pair has learned to work together – with Aguilera providing guest vocals for Levine’s band Maroon 5 on the hit single “Moves Like Jagger.”

Aguilera said she’s proud of the connections she shares with Levine and her other “Voice” castmates.

“We can all tease each other and talk about each other, but we’re like family where if we hear somebody else talk about it, it’s not funny anymore,” she said.
