NYPD cop to Mister Softee vendor: ‘blow me’

A female NYPD cop (above) was slapped with a civilian complaint for telling a Mister Softee vendor to “blow me” during an argument caught on video in front of the Herald Square Macy’s.

A haggard-looking Midtown South patrol cop, identified only as Officer Melidones, barked at a vendor who was filming what he called the latest in a campaign of harassment against him and his truck. The cop was ticketing the vendor for occupying a no-parking zone on West 34th Street.

“What is wrong with you? Blow me, bitch. Blow me!” the cop says after the vendor used some inflammatory language in questioning her bizarre behavior.

After the vendor starts filming, Officer Melidones says, “Go for it, I don’t care” and follows that up with lame pirouettes and gangsta hand gestures.

The vendor then says, “You’re a maniac. What is wrong with you?”

That’s when she fires back, “What’s wrong with you?!” and gives the nasty directive.

The officer has been hit with a Civilian Complaint Review Board complaint filed on behalf of the ice-cream vendor by the Street Vendor Project, which says their members are frequently subjected to abuse and harassment.

Just yesterday, a Post reporter observed a Mister Softee truck driven to the Midtown South Precinct by a uniformed cop, though the details were not immediately available.

The “blow me” video was put online Thursday by the Street Vendor Project, but it’s unclear when the incident took place.
