Seattle officials are seeing a huge increase in the amount of human waste — urine, vomit and fecal matter — showing up on city streets, according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

In the city’s historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, calls for cleanups of such waste have jumped 130 percent since 2007.

Florida wildlife authorities say they’re struggling to combat huge Gambian rats — which can reach nine pounds — in Grassy Key.

“We thought we had them whipped as of 2009,” state fish-and-wildlife rep Scott Hardin told the Keynoter newspaper. “We . . . went back and talked to people and [saw] there were rats that we missed.”

Kimberly Bois is fighting a $13,800 lawsuit filed by her condo association in Portsmouth, NH, for planting an 8-by-5-foot garden.

The lilies, tulips and daises are heirloom flowers from her late mother’s garden. The condo board said the garden is in conflict with community standards.

The internal stem of the cannabis sativa plant would be processed into chips and mixed with a lime-based binder, said planners with Hemp Technologies.
