Sex trial gets the kinks out

A sensational, X-rated civil trial pitting a “naive” French newlywed against her hot-shot banker ex-hubby got off to a PG start in Manhattan federal court yesterday.

“I may have to say things I wouldn’t say in front of my mother,” warned attorney Daniel Shimko, representing Miryam Allam in her suit against Jason Meyers, CEO of the Aspatuck Holdings private-equity firm.

But the opening statements were more mild than wild.

Allam, 31, charged in the suit that Meyers, 44, got his creepy kicks through violence and kinky sex — including ejaculating on her face after she refused to tell him she was his slave in bed.

The high-rolling Meyers allegedly subjected Allam to months of “physical and psychological abuse” that included beatings and demands for bizarre sex acts.

During his opening statement, Shimko portrayed Allam as a “naive” and “stupid” young woman swept off her feet by the already divorced fat cat.

Meyers slapped and punched her, and once tried to burn her with a cigar, her lawyer said.

But Meyers’ lawyer, Steven Altman, told the jury, “What you will hear is that Miss Allam frequently was drunk, out with other men and flaunting it in his face.”
