Fat felon nabbed in Queens McD’s shooting

He wasn’t lovin’ this.

Cops last night nabbed a tubby gunman wanted in a McDonald’s shooting in Queens — but only after a footchase that ended with an officer hitting the con with a round.

Tasheen Walker, 30, of Queens was arrested on Friday night, after plainclothes detectives recognized him from McDonald’s surveillance footage.

It all started on Easter Sunday, when the corpulent crook — known as Doughboy — was at a Linden Boulevard Mickey D’s in Cambria Heights and the 29-year-old motorist behind him blared his horn when the butterball was taking too long.

The fast-food fiends got their grub and pulled over on nearby Springfield Boulevard. That’s when Walker pulled a .380 caliber Taurus, shot the victim in the abdomen and fled in his sedan.

The victim was taken to North Shore Hospital in stable condition.

Cops caught up with Walker last night near his pal’s 222nd Street building with a White Castle bag when he saw a trio of detectives and fled, sources said.

He aimed a gun at the officers, but one cop fired first, striking Walker in the left torso.

The crook was taken to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset in stable condition.

The police were removed to Long Island Jewish Hospital for trauma and minor injuries.

Walker, at 5-foot-7 and 250 pounds, has a heavy waistline and a bulging rap sheet — with arrests for felony assault, car theft and selling drugs that landed him three stints in state prison, police sources said.
