Starr report

Celebs like Joy Behar are frequently honored for one reason or another — but usually not with the added cachet of Liza Minnelli thrown into the mix.

Behar (“The View”), Adrianne Cohen and John Downing will be feted on Monday, April 30 by the Bay Street Theatre (they’re on the Board of Trustees), with Minnelli giving a special performance (she’ll also be in attendance). The shindig, which will help raise money for the theatre, takes place at Manhattan Penthouse (80 Fifth Ave.).

Behar, by the way, has a busy schedule next month. She’ll be hosting the two-part “Mob Wives” reunion show on VH1 (May 20th and 27th), is emceeing an Ovarian Cancer Research Fund benefit at Carolines Comedy Club in memory of Madeline Kahn (May 14) and, the next day (May 15), will be at the 92nd Street Y as part of a panel hosted by “SNL’s” Andy Borowitz.

Astoria’s own Tamara Reynolds premieres her one-hour special, “Married With Dishes,” this Sunday (8 p.m.) on the Cooking Channel. The show follows Reynolds and her husband, Karl Wasserman, as they travel to Fredericksburg, Texas to whip up a “Sunday Night Dinner Club” with 20 random strangers they meet there.

According to Reynolds, she and Wasserman “merge Texas cuisine, German cuisine and whatever I can find that’s in season,” all sans a proper kitchen — while Reynolds also learns how to shoot a gun. Good times.

“Married With Dishes” was produced by Zero Point Zero Productions, the people behind Anthony Bourdain‘s “No Reservations” and “Meat Men” (Pat LaFrieda), among many other shows.
