Paris Hilton makes court appearance amid lingerie lawsuit

Paris Hilton made a rare appearance at Manhattan federal court Monday as her lawyers and reps for an Italian lingerie company were admonished by the judge to get a deal done.

Hilton, who sashayed into the court in heels, black skirt and a black-and-white blouse, only spoke twice in court to say, “Good afternoon” and later a “Thank you, Your Honor,” to US District Court Judge Alvin Hellerstein.

The fading reality TV starlet was in court over her $1.5 million suit against Le Bonitas, who she claimed in a suit last year owes her the whopping sum in guaranteed royalties after their agreement to make lingerie fizzled.

Le Bonitas, who blames Hilton’s frequent delays in approving designs for the failure, has also filed suit against her for $200,000.

Hellerstein refused to rule on several pre-trial motions and instead implored the two sides to reach a deal. He warned that if they did not, the next step would be a trial.
