A New Jersey man died when his pick-up hit a bus and slammed into a power pole in Brooklyn yesterday — but his 3-year-old daughter survived.
Adam Nicholson, 40, of Manalapan, NJ, was killed when his 2003 Chevy Trailblazer collided head-on with an MTA bus, then hit the pole on Seventh Avenue in Bay Ridge at around 2:30 p.m., yesterday, police said.
The driver and passengers of the bus were not injured, cops said. The victim’s daughter, who was riding in the rear passenger seat, was also unharmed, according to police.
Police are still investigating what caused the collision.
