A teen was shot in the back with a BB gun while riding his bike outside of an East Village housing project Tuesday night, cops said.
The 19-year-old was bruised around 6:30 p.m. near the Campos houses on East 12th Street and was taken to Beth Israel Hospital in stable condition.
Cops said it wasn’t immediately clear where the shooter fired from and no arrests have been made.
The assault comes less than a week after BB pellets were fired on a Lower East Side street corner and schoolyard Wednesday by a pair teenage thugs.
No children were injured but a stray pellet hit a school custodian in the leg as he was taking out the trash.
Two teens were arrested for that attack.
