A crook lifted a cash register from a deli in one of four recent Midtown burglaries, authorities said.

Robert Dragoti, 43, allegedly stole the register from the shop on East 44th Street near Madison Avenue on April 26.

He also filched a flat-panel TV from a video-game store on West 36th Street near Fifth Avenue when the store was closed, sometime between May 11 and May 14.

Dragoti was caught on camera at a Korean restaurant on West 36th Street near Sixth Avenue, where he allegedly stole a cellphone on May 1 and a wallet on May 19.

Video and fingerprints pointed to Dragoti, who has three prior robbery convictions, sources said.

He was charged with burglary and petit larceny.

A 20-year-old man was shot dead on a Jamaica street, authorities said.

Charles Jones was found with a bullet wound to the head in front of 104-45 164th St., police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are searching for the man who they say savagely stabbed his ex-wife to death in an Elmhurst apartment.

Maximilano Lozada, 34, got into an argument with Luz Paulino, 33, over their 7-year-old boy after she returned from the Dominican Republic, cops said.

She was repeatedly stabbed Monday in Lozada’s apartment on Hampton Street, cops said.

Lozada allegedly fled and Paulino was left “lying in the hallway bleeding profusely [with] a knife next to her,” Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said yesterday.

She died at Elmhurst Hospital.

Police arrested a suspect in the stabbing death of a Coney Island man.

José Herrera, 29, was found dead with head trauma and multiple stab wounds at 2 a.m. on June 4 in front of 2814 W. 15th St., where a 911 caller had reported an assault.

Police believe that the attack, which left three others wounded, was gang-related.

Heriberto Guerrero, 20, surrendered to cops at 1:15 p.m., Monday, police said.

He was charged with second-degree murder.

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Jackson Heights, Queens, man who was last seen in Crown Heights.

Heliomar DosSantos, 55, disappeared after visiting 515 Dean St. at about 1:30 p.m. Monday.

He stands 5-foot-5, weighs 145 pounds and was last seen wearing black jeans, a yellow polo shirt and white sneakers, authorities said.

A bicyclist was killed yesterday in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens when she slammed into a delivery truck, police said.

The woman, in her 30s, was riding down Bedford Avenue at 11:40 a.m. when she hit a Dykes Lumber Company truck head-on as it turned onto Empire Boulevard, cops said.

“Our hearts go out to the family,” said Glenn Myran, a district manager for Dykes.

The truck driver remained at the scene and police do not suspect criminality.

Staten Island

Two hot-headed brothers and their neighbor were arrested after getting into a brawl in Westerleigh, authorities said.

Joseph Shannon, 48, threw the first punch, at Lawrence Bongiorni, 43, in front of the Shannons’ Jewett Avenue home at about 3 p.m. Saturday, court records state.

The instigator’s younger brother, John Shannon, 43, later told cops he pointed a silver handgun at Bongiorni, the documents say.

Bongiorni fought back, whacking the older brother’s arm, along with the door to the home, with a metal baseball bat, according to the records.

Police recovered a loaded .357 Smith & Wesson from the Shannons’ home, the papers state.

The brothers were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, assault, menacing and harassment. Bongiorni was charged with criminal mischief, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, said a spokesman for DA Dan Donovan.

An teen girl was arrested for trying to kill her stepfather in Olinville, authorities said yesterday.

Adwoa Owusua, 16, stabbed the victim in the left arm while he was sleeping in their apartment on East 211th Street just before midnight last Wednesday, court records state.

The teen then tried to stab the man in the chest, but he was able to hold down her arms, authorities said.

“I am underage, so if I kill you, they cannot do anything to me,” Owusua allegedly taunted.

She was charged with attempted murder, assault and weapon possession.
