Holy Golightly!

Newly minted Miss USA Olivia Culpo has been in the city for less than a week — but she’s already crossing off No. 1 on her Big Apple bucket list.

Audrey Hepburn’s biggest fan got her chance to transform herself into the starlet on Thursday, re-enacting a scene from “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” surrounded by a throng of admiring onlookers.

“This is a dream come true!” gushed Culpo, 20, during the exclusive photo shoot with The Post.

Culpo’s been a Hepburn fan since the age of 13, but it wasn’t the actress’ eyes that won over the ravishing Rhode Islander — it was her eyebrows.

“We both have really thick eyebrows. She was considered beautiful for her eyebrows, so I thought that if she can do it, I can do it,” Culpo said.

The Boston University sophomore is already taking her newly adopted city by storm, and met Thursday with Miss USA Pageant co-owner Donald Trump — still dressed as quirky “Breakfast” call girl Holly Golightly.

She’s moved into a Midtown apartment, and will take a year off from college to be the a spokeswoman for breast- and ovarian-cancer awareness. A cellist by training, Culpo said she also aims to promote music education for kids.

Next up on her NYC to-do list is to visit great restaurants, go museum-hopping, and go inside Tiffany’s.

Culpo’s not shying away from the controversy sparked after Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin ditched her state crown after claiming that last Sunday’s Miss USA outcome was fixed.

“I feel bad she’s giving up her crown . . . but it just got me thinking that she’s a bad sport,” said Culpo.

Culpo will represent the United States at the Miss Universe pageant in December.
