Cops shot a woman dead after a dramatic car chase that ended in a crash on a busy Brooklyn intersection, witnesses and law enforcement source said.

The woman, identified only as in her 30s, was shot by narcotics cops once in the chest after her Toyota collided with a minivan on the corner of East 38th Street and Church Avenue in East Flatbush.

Sources said she ran several lights with police in hot pursuit before smashing into the other vehicle around 5:40 p.m.

The officers chasing her ordered her out of the car, but she refused, sources.

She then put the car in reverse when at least one shot was fired, sources said.

“I saw two cops, gun drawn, getting out of one car,” said witness George Ricketts.

“They said, get out of the car then I heard ‘pop’ a gun shot,” he said.

“Then I saw them drag the person out of the car onto the street, blood was coming out her chest like a hose, real hard, blood was running like a river,” he recounted.

“She hollered, ‘Call the ambulance, please, please! Please don’t let me die.’ She shook and trembled and her fingers curled and she just died.”

The woman was taken to Kings County Hospital in cardiac arrest, sources said.
